About
From Lehigh Engineering Heritage Initiative
The project has been initiated to recognize the contributions and accomplishments of alumni, faculty, and associates of Lehigh's engineering program throughout the years, and to collect from the broad Lehigh community stories, recollections, and images that highlight the breadth and depth of our impact in the field.
Clearly, a significant base of knowledge on this topic resides with the extended Lehigh engineering family -- alumni, faculty, staff, their families, and experts on engineering in industry and academe. The goal is to enable the participation of our entire community and cultivate this project into an ever-evolving online tribute to the greatness of Lehigh engineers throughout our proud history.
The wiki format allows any individual interested in Lehigh engineering to add or edit an entry -- stories about themselves, or another Lehigh engineer. Using this technology, the Initiative can gather a much wider and more powerful set of stories to reflect the character of Lehigh engineers: tenacious, rigorously-trained thinkers and problem solvers who excel in all domains of leadership.
The site is supported by the Dean's Office of the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science. Any questions, comments, or suggestions for improvement can be posted in the appropriate areas of this site, or you can contact us via e-mail.
